Technical Customer Support with Polish

Job description:
- Support customers for security cameras and system uses (pre and after-sales)
- Assisting our customers via inbound & outbound calls and via chats/emails
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
- Handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting technical issues
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish min. C1 and English min. B1 (for training purposes)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer support or related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Previous experience working in technical environment or in interest in new technologies.
